Analyzing method
Determination of coloring index:
Take 10.0ml of test solution in 50ml volumetric flask, add distilled water to the scale, take 20.0ml of the above diluted solution in 250ml iodine measuring flask, add 10ml of concentrated hydrochloric acid (HCL content of 37%) with about 60ml of water, and then add 3-4g of KI and 2g of KF - 2H2O, stir well until the sample is reddish brown and then placed in the dark place to stand for 5 minutes, add 2ml of starch Add 2ml starch indicator, titrate with 0.1N Na2S2O3 standard solution, the end point is when the color changes from reddish brown to pink, and the solution becomes clear and transparent at this time.
Calculation: coloring index = 9.87-N Na2S2O3 V Na2S2O3
Determination of free H2SO4 concentration:
Take 5.0 ml of test solution in a 250 ml beaker, add 100 ml of water, use a PH meter to measure the pH value of the instrument, stir with a magnetic stirrer, titrate with a standard solution of 1N NaOH until the pH is 3.6 when it stops, and record the volume milliliter of NaOH consumed A.
Calculation: free H2SO4 (g/L) = A × N-NaOH × 9.8
