Characteristics: Increase the surface finish of aluminum, improve product quality, especially for profiles containing more recycled scrap aluminum, the effect is more significant. Omit the traditional process of degreasing alkaline etching, neutralization process. It has the features of simple operation, high efficiency, low aluminum consumption and low cost.

Note: The color tone of multi-coloring after lightening has an effect.
Technological conditions:
Flat surface: add 3%-4% of polishing agent (or dilute the polishing agent 25-30 times) to the new groove, then it can be used.
Temperature: 25-35°C
Time: 1-5min (depending on the concentration of liquid, temperature, aging degree and profile surface finish and other actual conditions)
Tank liquid control: low-temperature polishing agent index: 3-4

Analyzing method:
Take 10.0mL sample in 250mL conical flask and add 50mL distilled water, add 3-5 drops of 1% phenolphthalein indicator, titrate with 1.0N NaOH standard solution, when the solution changes from colorless to red is the end point, record the number of milliliters of NaOH used for the titration end point (V).
Calculation: Low temperature polish index (%) = 1.17-NaOH-V-NaOH
