Tank maintenance: according to the analysis of the working point of the tank to adjust the amount of additives, when the amount of etching is less than 0.5~1.0g/m², additives should be added, when the amount of etching is more than 1.0g/m², the time of profiles in the tank should be reduced accordingly, the treatment of each ton of profiles consume degreasing agent 5~8kg.
Analysis method: take 10.0ml sample in 250ml conical flask, and add 50ml distilled water, add 3~5 drops of 1% phenolphthalein indicator, titrate with 1.0N NAOH standard solution, when the solution turns pink from colorless to the end point, record the end point of the titration with the number of ml of NAOH(V)
Calculation: % degreaser = 1.17N~NAOH.V~NAOH
