Analytical Methods
SnSO4 analysis:
Take 10.0mL of tank solution in a 250mL conical flask, add 1+1HCL 5mL, then add water to about 100mL, add a few drops of 1% starch solution, and use 0.1N iodine standard solution to drop until it is blue, and read the consumption of iodine solution as AmL.
Calculation: SnSO4 g/L=A×10.74×NHCL
Analysis of free acid H2SO4 and determination of pH value of the bath solution:
Take 50.0mL of tank solution with 100mL beaker, measure its PH value with a PH meter, stir with a magnetic stirrer (be careful not to collide with the PH electrode), titrate with 0.1N standard NaOH solution to PH=2.1 when stop, record the volume of consumed NaOH standard solution in milliliters (V).
Free acid H2SO4g/L = 0.98N-NaoH V -NaoH
Nickel sulfate concentration analysis:
Take 10.0mL of tank solution in a 30mL conical flask, add about 100mL of water, then add 50% tartaric acid 4mL shaking, heating to 80-90 ℃, add 50% potassium fluoride 8mL, 36% acetic acid 6mL, 50% ammonium acetate 4mL, cooled to room temperature, add a small amount of violet uric acid according to the indicator, titrate to 0.1MEDTA standard solution until the color of the solution has an orange-yellow color change to purple for the End point, read the consumption of EDTA standard liquid volume ml (V).
