Characteristics: ●Coloring additive (II)

The coloring additive contains antioxidant, dispersant and complexing agent, which can effectively prevent the oxidation of stannous ions, maintain the clarity of the bath solution and reduce the consumption of stannous sulfate.

Liquid control:

According to the laboratory data and production volume and supplement, normal production, should be supplemented once per production shift, in general, each coloring a ton of aluminum (420-450 ㎡ / t) when the consumption of various raw materials.

Stannous Sulfate: 3-5 Kg,

Nickel sulfate: 3-5 Kg

Colorant (II): 3.6-6 Kg

Because of different coloring depth, its consumption is different accordingly, every production shift must take the tank liquid for analysis, according to the analysis results and adjust the concentration of the corresponding components.

When replenishing, add according to stannous sulfate: coloring agent (II) = 1:1.2.

Analyzing method

SnSO4 analysis:

Take 10.0mL tank solution in 250mL conical flask, add 1+1HCL 5mL, then add water to about 100mL, add a few drops of 1% starch solution, and use 0.1N iodine standard solution to drop until blue, and read the consumption of iodine solution as AmL.

Calculation: SnSO4 g/L=A×10.74×NHCL

Analysis of free acid H2SO4 and determination of pH value of the bath solution:

Take 50.0mL of tank solution with 100mL beaker, measure its PH value with a PH meter, stir with a magnetic stirrer (be careful not to collide with the PH electrode), titrate with 0.1N standard NaOH solution to PH=2.1 when stop, record the volume of consumed NaOH standard solution in milliliters (V).

Free acid H2SO4g/L = 0.98N-NaoH V -NaoH

Nickel sulfate concentration analysis:

Take 10.0mL of tank solution in a 30mL conical flask, add about 100mL of water, then add 50% tartaric acid 4mL shaking, heating to 80-90 ℃, add 50% potassium fluoride 8mL, 36% acetic acid 6mL, 50% ammonium acetate 4mL, cooled to room temperature, add a small amount of violet uric acid according to the indicator, titrate to 0.1MEDTA standard solution until the color of the solution has an orange-yellow color change to purple for the End point, read the consumption of EDTA standard liquid volume ml (V).
