Process Parameters & Working Conditions
Matching tank and process parameters:
NaOH:40-60g/L
Bright alkaline etching agent:4-10g/L
Treatment process:AL3+ >45g/L
Working temperature: 40-60℃
Processing time: 1-5 minutes (depending on requirements)
1. Users in the establishment of the tank, the last consideration to set the heating or cooling device, especially in the production of sand surface workpieces will produce higher temperatures, resulting in processing time, surface quality is difficult to grasp.
2. Processing time can be based on the actual situation, due to the different surface quality requirements of each manufacturer, can be set accordingly different processing time.
Daily maintenance
Alkaline etching agent is developed for the surface treatment requirements of aluminum profiles, integrating the functions of leveling, corrosion inhibition, surface activation, complexing aluminum ions, etc., to meet the requirements of various forms of aluminum surface pretreatment.
Please implement the following requirements for daily maintenance:
1. Stabilize the working temperature, try to avoid cross contamination
2. Replenish bright alkaline etching agent should be used in a small amount and several times.
3. When the aluminum ion is high, part of the tank liquid should be replaced to reduce the concentration of aluminum ion in order to achieve the bright effect.
4. The consumption of alkaline etching agent should be replenished with 5-6% of NaOH.
Consumption parameters
Consumption varies according to different treatment requirements, as follows:
General treatment process (including acid etching post-treatment process)
NaOH (98%): 10-15kg
Alkaline etching agent: 1.5-2.5kg
Aluminum consumption per ton of aluminum: 1-3kg
Analyzing method
Remove the tank solution 2.0mL conical flask, add 50mL of water, 1% phenolphthalein 4 drops, with 1.0N hydrochloric acid standard solution drops until the red color disappears (V1). Add 1-3g of potassium fluoride and shake well, titrate with 1.0N hydrochloric acid standard solution until the red color disappears, then add a little potassium fluoride and continue titration until the red color disappears again (V2).
Calculation:
Free base (g/L) = 20 x (v1-v2/3) x N-HCL
Aluminum ions (g/L) = 4.5 x V2 x N-HCL
Note: Equivalent concentration of N-HCL hydrochloric acid standard solution
