Process flow and solution composition:
Degreasing - washing - acid etching - washing - alkaline etching - washing - neutralization - washing - oxidation
Ammonium hydrogen fluoride: 50-60g/L
Solid acid etching agent: 2.5-3g/L
Working temperature: 40-50℃
Processing time: about 2-6 minutes (can be extended or shortened as needed)
Set working point: 6.5-8.5
Newly prepared tank: 50-60g/L ammonium hydrogen fluoride, 20g/L hydrofluoric acid, 6g/L solid acid etchant
Tank liquid maintenance:
According to the analysis result control the working point between working 6.5-8.5, replenish 100KG of ammonium hydrogen fluoride,and 5KG of acid etchant accordingly.
Under normal circumstances, replenish ammonium bifluoride and acid etching agent at least twice in each production shift.
Make every effort to keep the suspended matter in the acid etching tank at the minimum, and control the working temperature according to the process requirements.
Method of analysis:
Pipette 10.0 ml of the tank solution into a 250 ml conical flask, add 50-100 ml of pure water and shake well, add 3-4 drops of 1% phenolphthalein indicator, titrate with 1N NaOH standard solution, and the appearance of pink color is the end point.
